All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders aren't processed on weekends or public holidays. International delivery typically takes 7-12 business days. Just a heads up, those are estimates and can vary because of customs or carrier delays. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless your offered free shipping. If a package is significantly delayed, you can contact our support team. Be sure your shipping address is correct when you check out, since we're not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. If your order arrives damaged, or seems lost, contact us within seven days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to sort it out as soon as we can.
